- Students typically have more issues with these items on our assessments. Unless you're coming from Precalculus and did quite well in the course, I would try every problem in the suggested practice. There's no variation in how to express your answers- they must be in interval notation and with respect to x, because we're concerned with which x values elicit certain behaviors in the function.
